Since 2003, 57 times of shaft construction has been completed, and the completion of the well has exceeded 100 meters. Among them, the construction of the auxiliary shaft in the Geting coal mine in Shandong has reached a national record of 216.9 meters in Yuecheng well; the auxiliary shaft (net diameter 9.4 meters) in the Mt. The construction of the section has created a good performance of 120 meters in the Yuecheng well; in the construction of the new mixed well of the Kongzhuang Coal Mine of Datun Coal and Electricity Company (depth 1080 meters, net diameter 8.1 meters), it has been over 100 meters for seven consecutive months; In the construction of coal mine rock roadway, the construction of Chuangyuecheng Lane was 454 meters.

The two construction techniques are advanced. In the construction of vertical well tops, weathered bedrock and gravel layers, 210 large-scale excavator supporting center rotary rock grabs have been successfully used, and 6-meter deep hole blasting has been successfully adopted in the construction of the vertical rock section of the shaft. The 4-meter overall sliding formwork and the supporting 5-cube bucket process use mechanized working lines such as rock drilling rigs, comprehensive excavation machines and carrier belts in the construction of the flat-inclined alley, which greatly improves the construction speed, ensures the project quality and reduces the safety ris.

In terms of scientific and technological innovation, scientific and technological personnel have vigorously carried out scientific research and pioneering work in combination with the actual construction, and have achieved remarkable results. More than ten scientific research and leading achievements have won awards. The two achievements won the 2009 China Construction Enterprise Management Association Science and Technology Award for Technological Innovation Achievement Award. The “Vertical Well Mixing Construction Method” prepared by the company based on the two construction techniques was rated as the national first-level construction method by the Ministry of Construction.

In 1998, the first coal construction enterprise in the country passed the ISO9002 international quality system certification, passed in 2003.

Five projects, including the auxiliary well of Shandong Geting Coal Mine and No. 2 main well of Huaying Coal Mine, which have been constructed in recent years, have won the highest award in the coal industry.——"Sun cup";Eight projects including the construction of Haishiwan Wind Well in Gansu, the new auxiliary shaft of Shandong Caozhuang Coal Mine and the main well of Xinzhuang Coal Mine were rated as national high-quality projects in the coal industry. At the beginning of 2015, it was selected as one of the 100 classic and fine projects in the 35 years of reform and opening up. In addition, the two divisions have been rated as all-coal excellent construction enterprises and ministerial-level engineering offices for two consecutive years.
