2010：In March 2010, renamed as China Coal No.5 Construction Co., Ltd.

In August 2010, China National Coal Group Corp. implemented strategic adjustments and established a new China Coal Construction Group Co., Ltd, under which the Company is placed.

2003：In July 2003, it was divested from China Coal Construction Group and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Coal Group Corp.

1997：In May 1997, joined the former China Coal Construction Group and changed its name to China Coal No. 5 Construction Company, becoming a central enterprise.

1984：In March 1984, it was renamed as Jiangsu Coal Infrastructure Construction Company.

1975：In July 1975, it was renamed as Jiangsu Fengpei Mining Area Construction Headquarters.

1970：In 1970, the Jiangsu Xuzhou Small Coal Mine Command was established.
